Manage subscriber conversations on behalf of creators, within each creator’s written boundaries and messaging rules, and in line with platform rules.

• Excellent written English; another of our languages is a strong plus
• Reliable availability for agreed shifts, including evenings or weekends

• Accurate notes on fan preferences, purchases and requests

Social media marketer and content editor

Plan, edit and publish promotional content across social platforms, keeping each account within its platform’s rules.

• Experience growing accounts on Reddit, X, Instagram or TikTok
• Short-form video editing and caption writing
• Understanding of platform rules for adult-adjacent promotion
• Ability to report what worked using simple metrics

Creator account manager

Be the main point of contact for a group of creators: plan content calendars, coordinate the team, review performance and prepare weekly reconciliations.

• Experience in creator management, talent management or account management
• Strong organisation and clear, respectful communication
• Confidence with numbers and statements
• A firm understanding that creators control their own boundaries

Creator recruiter

Find and speak with adult creators who may benefit from management, explain our published terms honestly and guide them to the application.

• Experience in recruiting, sales or community building
• Absolute honesty: no income promises, no pressure and no terms outside the written agreement
• Comfort speaking about the adult industry professionally
• Fluency in at least one of our site languages

What every role requires

• You are 18 or older and legally able to work in your country
• You agree to confidentiality, security and creator-boundary rules before receiving any access
• You use two-factor authentication and the access methods we provide, and never share credentials
• You never promise creators guaranteed earnings or terms that are not in the signed agreement

How work is arranged

Roles are remote. The type of engagement, hours, pay and any trial period are discussed openly and agreed in writing before any work starts. Access to creator accounts is given only when needed for the role and removed when it is no longer needed.
