How much do OnlyFans agencies charge?

Agency quotes can use a revenue percentage, a fixed fee, or a combination. The percentage alone does not tell you what you will pay: first identify the revenue amount it applies to, then add every separate charge and check what work the quote covers.

How to compare a quote

Put each proposal onto the same monthly example and write down the order of deductions. Ask the provider to define each term in the agreement or a written fee schedule. “Gross,” “net,” and “managed revenue” can mean different things between contracts, so use the contract’s definition rather than assuming a standard basis.

  • Start with the same creator receipts for each quote and the same period, currency, and accounts.
  • List any platform adjustment separately. Confirm whether the agency percentage is applied before or after that adjustment, and whether the platform itself calculates a deduction on all transactions or only some.
  • Calculate the agency fee from the stated base. For a hybrid quote, add the fixed amount and the percentage amount; ask whether the base is credited against the percentage or charged on top.
  • Subtract the agency fee and separately listed costs to see the remaining amount before personal tax and other obligations.

Three fee structures

These are contract formats, not claims about how commonly agencies use them. Each can be clear or unclear depending on the written scope and calculation rules.

  • Percentage: the provider receives an agreed share of a defined revenue base. Ask whether it applies to all account revenue or only specified services or sales, and how refunds, chargebacks, discounts, and currency conversion affect that base.
  • Fixed fee: you owe an agreed amount for a period or service whether that month is strong or weak. Confirm the billing date, what happens if service starts or ends mid-period, and whether the fee changes with workload.
  • Hybrid: a base fee is combined with a smaller revenue share. Check whether the percentage is calculated on the same basis as a percentage-only quote and whether the base fee is additional or offset.

A hypothetical monthly comparison

The following invented example demonstrates the calculation only. Every figure and quote is hypothetical; it is not an actual OnlyFans platform rate, an agency market rate, or a Space Management quote. Assume €6,000 in creator receipts, then an invented €720 platform adjustment, leaving a €5,280 amount for the example’s management-basis calculation. Taxes, refunds, chargebacks, advertising spend, and other possible costs are excluded from every row.

  • The first two rows use the same invented 30% but produce different fees because the calculation base changes by €720. This is why a quote should state the base in plain language and show a sample calculation.
  • The remaining amount is not take-home income. It is before the excluded items above and any costs not shown in the example.
  • To compare offers for your situation, replace every invented input with amounts and definitions confirmed in writing by the platform, payment records, and each provider.
Invented quoteAgency calculationAgency feeAmount left after the €720 adjustment and agency fee

Work, extras, and reporting to put in writing

A lower headline fee can still cost more if essential work is outside the quote. Ask the provider to mark each task included, optional, or billed separately, and name who approves spending.

  • Service scope: account operations, content planning, subscriber messaging, social promotion, analytics, and creator support. “Management” is not a precise task list.
  • Additional charges: setup or onboarding, retainers, production, paid promotion, messaging staff, software, withdrawal or transfer costs, and any minimum monthly commitment. Ask whether advertising spend is passed through at cost and requires your approval.
  • Adjustments: how refunds, chargebacks, promotional discounts, pending balances, and corrections appear in statements and affect the agency calculation.
  • Reporting: statement period, starting balance, receipts, platform adjustments, agency basis and fee, additional charges, transfers, and correction process. Ask when you can question a statement.
  • Control and ending service: account and payment access, approval rights, notice period, unpaid balances, final reconciliation, and the steps for returning access and records.

Questions to ask before you decide

  • What exact amount is the percentage applied to? Can you show the formula on a sample statement?
  • Which tasks are included, which are optional, and what can create an extra charge?
  • Who receives platform funds, who can approve deductions, and how can I reconcile each transfer?
  • How are refunds, chargebacks, taxes, advertising spend, and currency conversions handled? Which of these are outside your quoted fee?
  • What is the minimum term, how can either side end the arrangement, and what happens to pending revenue and access afterward?

Space Management Agency’s stated terms

Space Management Agency states a fixed 50% management share of managed platform revenue, VAT included where applicable, and zero upfront fees. The published term does not define the calculation base here as gross receipts or as receipts after a platform adjustment. Before comparing a quote, ask for the written agreement’s definition and a sample calculation for your account. The signed agreement controls the scope and calculation.
